The story begins at the Institute for the Negotiation of Safe Sex, where the Safe Sex Inspection Team (All graduates of the Grafenberg Institute), are just waking up for the day. A messenger arrives with an envelope from The City's Safe Sex Office containing a report that operators of Romper Voyages, a popular sex charter boat that may need instruction in proper sex negotiations and safe sex practices. Their Assignment: to send their best G-Girl team on a sex charter ASAP to assess the situation and correct as necessary. They are to bring combat sex kits, including extra rations of non oxynol-9. Objective: to infiltrate and educate. Report to headquarters when the mission is complete.
Anna (Tracey Adams), the head of the Team invites the messenger (Danny Ray) in and she introduces him tot he rest of the team after an arousing bubble bath sequence. There ensues a wild ravishing, five or six ways, and the messenger has the experience of his life culminating with several G-Sport splash explosions.
Finally, its time to get on to the job at hand. The fearless G-Girl Team take off for the wharf and their Romper Voyage. They make a full inspection of the crew and captain (John Leslie) on deck and lift anchor for their cruise across the San Francisco Bay. En route, they find that the catch of the day is better on board than over the side. Wild action give our sex beauties much to report...all of it sizzling!
As fireworks explode over the Bay, they find that they have enough non oxynol-9 to supply them all the way to Hawaii.
